Coaching, Accountability and Support

There is incredible power in accountability and sharing your intentions with others who understand you and support you unconditionally. It also provides inspiration and motivation to stick to the goals you’re setting for yourself rather than falling into old habits of putting your own needs on the back burner.

These workshops create a safe space to show up and be real with yourself, and learn from other inspiring women who are exploring and sharing new ways of showing up for themselves.These amazing women are dedicated to supporting each other and learning new ways to uncover and prioritize their passions and needs, so they can show up fully to their own lives and for their loved ones. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from each other, and share what’s working well and get support with where you’re struggling. Changing ingrained habits can be difficult and scary. That’s why these workshops focus so heavily on support and encouragement.

The next workshop will launch in late September, and offers four weeks of exercises and learning how to keep stress from running (and ruining!) your life.

We will start this journey with a totally FREE 7-day challenge, with easy and fun daily activities to dip your toes into the metaphorical stress management pool. The workshop will be a deep dive continuation of the free challenge, to build on what you learn and help you make these new habits stick.
